about annie

Annie Ellicott is a jazz vocalist and interdisciplinary artist. She is known for her talents as a songwriter and entrancing jazz vocalist. In recent years, she has expanded her creativity through acting, voice over, audio book narration, video production, album production, stagecraft, and performance art. Ellicott has acquired a substantial fan base from her voiceover work as both a character actor and narrator for Soundbooth Theater Audiobooks, and has toured the United States and Europe, performing both traditional jazz and original compositions. Ellicott’s stage power arises from her sustained drive. A disciplined performer, Ellicott has performed some 300 shows in the past 5 years, before crowds as wide-ranging as the annual Outside Lands Festival in Golden Gate Park to Caveau de la Huchette in Paris. She’s also a recurring guest vocalist with Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra at both The Rockwell Table and Stage in Los Angeles, as well as Feinstein’s At The Nikko in San Francisco. Ellicott appeared with Goldblum and his ensemble in San Francisco at Sketch Fest 2016, 2017, and 2018.

“Lonesome Goldmine”

album of originals…

Ellicott released an album of original music entitled “Lonesome Goldmine” on Unknown Tone Records in 2016. This genre-bending album is a mix of soundscapes and haunting lyrics. She debuted a sold out multi-media presentation of “Lonesome Goldmine” melding live musical performances, music videos, performance art and dance at the Nightingale Theater in Tulsa, OK and went on to win Album of the Year in the Best of Tulsa Awards. When fans voted Annie Ellicott’s Lonesome Goldmine as Tulsa’s best album of the year, they acknowledged what musicophiles around the world had long discovered: Annie Ellicott is an ecstasy of sonic and artistic talent. Dreamy and full-hearted, Goldmine radiates with psychocosmic daring.
